Request a refund using the 60-day money back guarantee that ClickBank provides or the 30-day money back guarantee that SiteSell provides. Another problem you may face is where the author, supplier, or provider does not comply with the terms of the purchase. The author/supplier/provider promises one thing and delivers another. If the missing elements are critical to you, you should contact the author to rectify the matter. If you get no reply or a refusal to correct the issue, there are two things you can do. First, you can force the author/supplier/provider to comply with the terms of sale by reporting the matter to ClickBank. ClickBank will contact them. If this bears no fruit you can request a refund, provided you’re still within the 60-day guarantee period. If you’re outside the guarantee period there’s nothing you can do. So you should check the product to make sure it gives you what you paid for well before the 60 days expire.
- Ebay and Amazon. You wait for the product but it does not arrive as scheduled. You wait a few more days but it still doesn’t arrive. This is rare but it may have been sent to the wrong place. Contact eBay or Amazon to report the matter. Another problem is that the wrong goods were sent to you or more (or less) goods were sent to you than you expected. If the wrong goods were sent to you, contact eBay or Amazon to return the products and to get the right products sent to you. If more goods were sent to you than you expected it usually means that you have been charged more than once for the same item or for a good you did not order. Simply contact eBay or Amazon to return the goods and claim a refund. You can only return products within the money back guarantee period.
